Rehearsa is an AI interview-prep studio for management-consulting candidates. This policy explains what we collect when you use the product and our website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We try to gather as little as we reasonably can to run a great rehearsal.
What we collect
We collect information you give us and information generated as you practice:
- Account details such as your name, email address, and billing information.
- Practice content — your spoken and written responses, the cases you run, and the feedback and scores we generate for you.
- Usage and device data such as pages visited, features used, and basic technical logs needed to keep the service reliable.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver rehearsals, generate feedback, track your progress over time, process payments, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private practice content to train models for anyone other than you.
Sharing & third parties
We share data only with vetted service providers who help us run Rehearsa — for example, cloud hosting, payment processing, and email delivery. These providers act on our instructions under contract. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our users.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your practice content on a routine schedule.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights from your account settings or by emailing us — we’ll respond within the timeframes the law requires.
