Acceptance
By creating an account or using Rehearsa, you agree to these terms. If you’re using Rehearsa on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Your account
You’re responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information, keep it current, and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts are for individual use unless you hold a cohort or team plan.
Acceptable use
Use Rehearsa to prepare for interviews, in good faith. You agree not to:
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute our cases, prompts, or feedback.
- Reverse-engineer the service or attempt to disrupt or overload it.
- Share a single account across multiple people to avoid plan limits.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
Intellectual property
Rehearsa and its content — cases, software, branding, and feedback models — belong to us and our licensors. You keep ownership of the responses and materials you create, and you grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate and improve your own experience.
Disclaimers
Rehearsa is a preparation tool, not a guarantee of any interview outcome or job offer. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rehearsa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you in advance. Continuing to use Rehearsa after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
